Bandits and Outlaws

In week 6 the lecture was about bandits and outlaws, good gangters and bad gangsters, the bad - good guys and the bad - bad guys. One of those bandits that was mentioned in the lecture was Jesse James.

Jesse James one of those western bandits famous for the amount of crime he committed, the banks he robbed etc. There are different kinds of bandits, there are ones who steel just for the sake of it, there others who steel for a reason, e.g food for their family, steel for the poor, the most common person to do this was Robin Hood, whop stole from the rich but gave to the poor.

I feel that steeling is bad but there is a difference between steeling for your own greed, or steeling food just to feed yourself, as food you need to feed yourself, where if you are steeling money that is just greed.

There are other bandits who are known to the gangster world, such as Ned Kelly, pretty boy floyd, bonny and clyde just to name a few.

Infidelity

In week 5 we discussed infidelity in the lecture. Various issues were discussed concerning why people do it ranging from, lust to revenge. Other issues that came out of this were the ones that what happens to those who are close to those who cheat, some partners never find out that their other half have cheated on them.

I personally feel that cheating is wrong, as if couples are having problems they should discuss it before one of them cheats, it would be much better to call the relationship off rather than to cheat first, in this way they both know where each other stand, this is what relationships are about the foundation stone being trust.
